How Can Herpes Be Spread

counting sheep

Did you know why we recommend counting sheep to fall asleep?

comes from an ancient tale of endless structure, normally used as a tale of sleeping cots for children.

This story of oral tradition undergoes variations by country and in some versions include goats and turkeys. But the most common is to count sheep.

The story structure is a time when a herd has to cross a narrow bridge. The story can not continue until you have passed all the sheep. So goes one, two, three, four ... until the count reaches monotony of sleep and is no longer necessary to follow the story.
