Ingredients:
4 cod loins
fresh or frozen prawns 500 g 750 g
clam 70 g olive oil 100 g
onion 30 g of garlic 1 tablespoon
breadcrumbs 100 g of white wine 100 g
Prepared
- Put the clams in salted water at least half an hour to loosen the soil. Rub each other and rinse thoroughly under running cold water. Place in basket and reserve.
- Pour into the bowl the oil, onion and garlic to the sauce, and set 7 minutes Varoma temperature, speed 3.5.
- then add the breadcrumbs, wine, water, lemon juice and salt, put the basket with clams sprinkled with chopped parsley, season and set 15 minutes, temperature Varoma , speed 2.
- sure that the clams have opened, if not, schedule a few more minutes. Remove
- basket and pour the contents in a serving dish. Grind the salt and pour the sauce over the clams.
- then put the cod in a Pyrex source and add the clams with sauce and shrimp. Place in the oven at 180 ยบ for 40 min .
