4 cloves garlic ½
teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 pinch
paprika.
2 Kg portions
cracked ribs 2 tablespoons oil
Preparation time 15 min.
1 hour marinating time Cooking time
40 min.
• Honey Blend in the microwave for 1 minute
• Mix with it the chopped tomato and soy sauce
• Peel the garlic cloves and add crushed
• Season the mixture with some salt and pepper and paprika
• Wash the ribs dry and rub with the remaining salt and pepper
• spread with spicy sauce and wrap in foil
• Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour
• Place on hot grill the ribs on the oiled foil
• Let cook for 30 to 40 min.
• Give turned frequently during grilling
• Serve with fresh bread and cucumber salad
